Director of Planning

Mr. M. N. N. S. Fernando serves as the Director of Planning of the International Buddhist Cultural Social Foundation, contributing strategic leadership and long-term planning expertise to the foundation’s initiatives.

He is the Managing Director of Create Tours (Pvt) Ltd and the Group Chairman of Taprobane Getaways Group of Companies, bringing extensive experience in tourism, business management, and organizational development. He has also served as a Past National Organizer of the Anagarika Dharmapala Foundation, demonstrating a strong commitment to cultural, religious, and social service activities.

In addition, Mr. Fernando is a Committee Member of the Rajagiriya Business Association, actively engaging in business and community development initiatives.

Through his broad leadership experience and strategic insight, Mr. Fernando plays a vital role in planning, guiding, and strengthening the foundation’s social, cultural, and charitable projects.
